Irina Savelieva and Alexandra Kolesnik participated in the international conference on public history in Italy

Irina Savelieva, director of IGITI, and Alexandra Kolesnik, junior research fellow, participated in the annual conference on public history arranged by International Federation for Public History (IFPH-FIHP) and Italian Association of Public History (AIPH) on June 5-9, 2017, in Ravenna (Italy). Irina Savelieva reported on "Public History in Russia: Professional Work, Amateurism, a Hobby, or a ‘Star Fever’ of an Academic Historian?," while Alexandra Kolesnik spoke about "Performing History on Stage: Representations of the Past in British Heavy Metal."
