The article "Soviet music heritage as a discursive middle ground in Belarusian political conflict" is dedicated to the Soviet-Belarusian VIA "Pesnyary". The article deals with the perception of VIA as a cultural heritage and the redefinition of the Soviet cultural heritage in the context of the political conflict in modern Belarus.
Junior Research Fellow Alisa Maximova took part in a conference "Keep It Simple, Make It Fast! DIY Cultures and Global Challenges". The conference was held on July 7-10 and took place both online and in Porto, Portugal.
